Qualifications:
Technical education (mechanical and/or electrical)
Travel willingness and ability (driving license)
Experience in service or customers" support organization
Communicative level of English in speaking and writing
Responsibilities:
Provide reactive service (machines repairs)
Provide highest level of expertise in installation & setup of most complex machines
Machine assignments to meet customers" expectation
Inspections and preventive maintenance of installed machines at our customers" sites accordingly to schedule guidelines
Reporting according to comany rules during and after interventions
