IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Oversight on requests for system
  • Triaging, communication and documentation of requests
  • Creation and Ownership/Maintenance of Hypercare/Level 1 Support Handbook
  • Answering user enquiries on how to use the application, also in conjunction with Basecamp 2.0, the Enterprise Recipe Management (some business knowledge required)
  • Investigation of defects etc. 
  • Defect Management (Exploratory Application testing to verify software quality / implementation of user stories)
  • Coordination with Level 2 support for installations of hotfixes etc.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience for example as IT Business Analyst, System or Application Support in a similar environment 
  • Understanding of lean agile practices and how to apply them
  • Experience in CSV and GxP compliant environment
  • Experience in Excel and analyzing large data sets for root cause analysis of bugs (at least basic VBA knowledge desired)
  • Experience with Jira Backlogs/Kanban Boards
  • Understanding of business processes in the manufacturing environment
  • Fluent in English
