- Administration of placed orders and complaints (B2B)
- Creation of required documents (supply chain flow)
- Contact with suppliers and customers by email and phone
- Following correct process, process improvements'
Our requirements
- Fluent in French - required
- First experience in Sales Support, Claims, Order Management
- Nice to have: experience in work with CDN Optima
- Focus on details
- Communication skills
