Customer Consultant with French
Miejsce pracy: Łódź
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Ensure the correct ordering process for individual customers and documentation flow
- Placing the orders to our suppliers
- Identify customer needs and help customers with their requests
- Update our internal databases with information about sale and useful discussions with customers
- Collaborate effectively with other departments (Claims, Marketing, Logistics, Production, Administration)
Requirements:
- Experience as a Order Management Specialist, Customer Care Specialist, Sales Support or similar
- French (min C1) and English or Polish (communicative, B2) is a must
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
- Excellent organization skills and time management
- Understanding of processes and documentation flow
