Order Management Specialist
Miejsce pracy: Łódź
Your responsibilities
  • Administration of placed orders and complaints (B2B)
  • Creation of required documents (supply chain flow)
  • Contact with suppliers and customers by email and phone
  • Following correct process, process improvements'
  • Administration of marketplaces orders and claims
  • Placing the sub-orders for our suppliers
  • Cooperation with B2B Sales Team, Logistics Team, B2C Sales Team
  • High standard phone and e-mail contact with customers
Our requirements
  • Fluent in English - required
  • Experience in Sales Support, Claims, Order Management, Supply Chain
  • Nice to have: experience in work with CDN Optima
  • Focus on details
  • Communication skills
