As a result of dynamic growth of our organization we are currently looking for candidates for the position of M&S Domain Support. The person hired in this position will be responsible for M&S applications & process implementation as well as further development, control and analysis.
Your responsibilities
- Act as the support for sales operations organization in Marketing and Sales domain for the business users in Europe region and globally in transformer business.
- Be responsible and participate in User Acceptance Tests for improvement releases of: Salesforce.com, Apttus/Conga, transformers’ offering configurators, PowerBI.
- Work closely with business and IT functions. Understand the related business processes in detail and apply this knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services building and delivery activities.
- Gather, analyze and document future requirements for business engineering, marketing & sales and manufacturing end-to-end process related tools.
- Monitor KPIs related to data quality in M&S tools.
- Develop, prepare and implement processes that insure reduced cycle time, reduced overhead and improve overall process efficiency.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in relevant area of responsibility, contributing technical and business process/data expertise to either support ongoing operations or develop new applications.
Your background
- Higher technical education.
- Experience in working with sales or product configurators.
- Experience in IS application support and/or project management.
- Experience in SQL, PowerBI will be in plus
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Ability to solve complex problems, collect data, establish facts, and give valid conclusions.
- Ability to effectively balance multiple tasks. Good analytical skills.
- Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility.
- Experience working in a multi-national organization and having good cultural sensitivity awareness.
